Are there any minimum user requirements to join the Partner Program?
There are no seat minimums to get started. Simply apply to the Partner Program, and after a quick alignment call, you’ll be ready to begin reselling right away.
How does partner billing and payment work?
We use daily billing, so you’re always pro-rated for active users. At the end of the month, you’ll receive an invoice for all licenses in use and an automatic charge (via Stripe) to the payment method on file.
Do partners get support and resources to help sell WatchDog?
Yes. Partners receive everything they need to succeed – from sales training and product enablement to marketing collateral and co-branded resources. We make sure you have the tools, knowledge, and support to confidently sell WatchDog to your clients.
Can I whitelabel the platform?
Whitelabeling isn’t available yet, but it’s on our roadmap. Soon, you’ll be able to offer WatchDog fully branded as your own solution – complete with your logo, domain, and custom branding.
Do partners get NFR (Not for Resale) licenses?
Yes. All partners receive 10 NFR licenses that can be used internally or shared with clients for trials. This helps you showcase WatchDog’s value and build trust before closing deals.
