01.Trust Center Platform Provider

This Trust Center is hosted and maintained by WatchDog Security Technologies Inc. as a software-as-a-service platform. WatchDog functions strictly as a neutral technology provider, supplying only the technical infrastructure that enables the Domain Owner to publish and display their own content. WatchDog does not create, author, edit, verify, validate, or endorse any content displayed herein. The Domain Owner whose information is displayed in this Trust Center ("Domain Owner") is solely responsible for all content published through this platform.

02.WatchDog Badges and Automated Assessments

This Trust Center may display one or more "WatchDog Badges" that indicate compliance assessment scores. You must understand the following critical limitations regarding any WatchDog Badges displayed:

(a) Not a Certification: WatchDog Badges ARE NOT certifications, third-party audits, guarantees of compliance, or warranties of any kind. They do not represent that the Domain Owner has been certified by any accredited certification body or regulatory authority.

(b) Based on Self-Reported Data: WatchDog Badges are generated either through automated software analysis of data and documentation self-reported by the Domain Owner, or through manual issuance by WatchDog based on alternative criteria. In either case, WatchDog does not independently verify, validate, investigate, or audit the underlying data for accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness.

(c) Automated Assessment Only: The assessment process is fully automated using WatchDog's proprietary algorithms. No human review, validation, or professional judgment is involved in generating these assessments.

(d) Point-in-Time Snapshot: Each Badge reflects an assessment as of a specific date shown on or near the Badge. This assessment may not reflect the Domain Owner's current compliance status or security posture.

(e) No Endorsement: The display of a WatchDog Badge does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or validation of the Domain Owner by WatchDog or any standards-setting body.

(f) Separate Disclaimers: Badge disclaimers may be displayed adjacent to the Badge, through hover/click functionality, or in the Domain Owner's legal documentation as permitted under WatchDog's Terms and Conditions.

(g) No Affiliation with Standards Bodies: WatchDog is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), or any other standards-setting body or regulatory authority associated with the compliance frameworks referenced in any Badge.

03.Information Source and Accuracy Disclaimer

All information, documents, certifications, policies, reports, and other content displayed in this Trust Center has been uploaded and provided by the company that serves as the beneficiary of this Trust Center, specifically the owner and/or operator of this domain. WatchDog Security Technologies Inc. makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information shown in this Trust Center.

By accessing and using this Trust Center, you explicitly acknowledge and understand that:

All Content remains the property of the Domain Owner. WatchDog Badge designs and marks are the exclusive property of WatchDog. Unauthorized use of the platform infrastructure or Badge designs is prohibited.

08.No Service Relationship with Platform Users

Visits to this Trust Center do not create any service relationship with WatchDog Security Technologies Inc. Any business relationships or service engagements must be established directly with the Domain Owner whose information is displayed in this Trust Center.

09.Platform Terms and Conditions

The provision of Trust Center services and WatchDog Badges is governed by WatchDog's Terms and Conditions as agreed to by the Domain Owner. These Terms and Conditions contain additional important disclaimers and limitations. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

10.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WATCHDOG SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS TRUST CENTER OR ANY RELIANCE ON CONTENT OR BADGES DISPLAYED HEREIN.
